Itinerary (Best Travel Period: September-March)


Day 1 : Arrive Helsinki, Finland


Day 2 : Helsinki

  • Explore this Finish Capital. Start with sights around Senate Square such as the Lutheran Cathedral, the University, Presidential Palace, City Hall and the Harbour area with Market Square and Uspenski Cathedral.
  • Stroll through the shopping streets, the Esplanade Park & end with a visit to the rock church.
  • Explore the Design Street.


Day 3 : Rovaniemi/ Kittila

  • Fly to Rovaniemi, reputed to be the homeland of Santa Claus! Visit the famous Santa Claus village and the excellent Arktikum Museum.
  • Fly to Kittila and a short drive take you to Levi Resort where you experience the unique & exclusive glass igloo in a quiet location away from it all with the Northern Lights just above you.
  • Enjoy a traditional Finnish home-made dinner in the tee-pee (kota).


Day 4 : Kittila

  • Have a full day to enjoy your arctic adventure with a variety of activities – dog sledging, reindeer’s ride or snow mobile.


Day 5 : Kiruna, Sweden/ Lofoten Island, Norway

  • Fly to Kiruna, be driven about 1 hour to the Ice Hotel. This unique hotel is rebuilt for every winter with a design competition by artist worldwide. Be amazed by the brilliant décor carved out of some of the earth’s purest ice.
  • Enjoy a private lesson on ice-carving before a drink in the ice bar.
  • Fly to the beautiful Lofoten Island.


Day 6 : Lofoten Island

  • Peace and tranquillity set among dramatic scenery of the Norwegian fjords, the colourful villages of Lofoten has to be one of the most beautiful place in the Arctic. You will be taken on guided fishing village walk by local gentleman, explore several villages and learn about the history of the Vikings, Nordic marine and fishing life and plenty of local folk story.


Day 7 : Reykjavík, Iceland/ Trophy Lodge

  • Fly to Reykjavik, capital of Iceland.
  • Upon arrival, be met and transfer to your luxury secret hideout – Trophy Lodge. Set among some of the most stunning scenery of Iceland totally away from the any civilization, it serves as a perfect to make jeep and helicopter excursions to explore the scenic wonders of Iceland as well as wait for the Northern Light.


Day 8 : Southern Iceland

  • Go to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the few places in the world where you can see the effects of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates pulling apart.
  • Explore the Geysir hot spring area.
  • Go on a 1-hr guided snowmobile tour on Iceland’s second biggest glacier – Langjökull with staggering views.
  • Continue to the unique Black Sand Beach of the South Coast
  • Take a helicopter to the top crater of Eyjafjallajökull Volcano. See the aftermath of the infamous 2010 eruption that melted a hole in the glacier that sits atop the volcano – from the best place: the top!


Day 9 : Lake Myvatn

  • Take an excursion by helicopter excursion to the rarely visited remote part of Iceland where some of the most dramatic scenery await. The centre piece of the natural beauty here is Lake Myvatn. Nestled among volcanoes, lined with waterfalls and dotted with volcanic crater, the landscape here is surreal and magical.


Day 10 : Reykjavík/ Blue Lagoon/ Departure

  • Drive back to the capital city of Reykjavik for a short orientation tour of the city.
  • Continuing to the famous Blue Lagoon, conveniently located near the airport. The spa features a natural geothermal outdoor lagoon, sauna, steam baths, and a heated, massaging outdoor waterfall.
