FTM Engineer



  • 24/7 response to any maintenance related enquiry when needed
  • Monitor all the maintenance work (AOG, line maintenance, base maintenance) progress
  • Ongoing review and amendment of AMS/AMP and MEL for the aircraft operating
  • Ensuring, through the Computerized Maintenance Programmes (i.e. CAMP or CMP), the effectiveness of the AMS/AMP in ensuring the continuous airworthiness of the aircrafts
  • Maintenance work planning
  • Procurement of aircraft parts
  • Review any update of the local aviation authority regulation
  • Revised aircraft manuals, AD/ASB and other technical documents review
  • Monthly aircraft status report and monthly invoice review
  • AD, Aircraft defect and ADD control list update
  • In conjunction with Flight Operations and MRO, providing information and training as required to Flight Crew and Customer Service
  • Issue Weighing Report or review the Weighing Report issued by AMO, inform related department if weight or Center of Gravity change


  • CAD/CAAC Airframe and Powerplant license required
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is desired; and/or 5 years experience in an aviation environment
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience on company specific fleets preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
  • Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
  • Ability to function effectively individually or as a team member
  • Successful candidate will be highly motivated individual and a self starter who works effectively under pressure and within time constraints
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
